1. Who these terms are between

These terms are an agreement between you and Alite(“Alite”, “we”, “us”) covering your use of Alite Growth and this website. By creating an account you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not create an account.

2. Your account

• You need an account to use the product. You must give an email address you control, and you are responsible for keeping your password secret.
• You must be old enough to enter a contract where you live. If you are under 16, please use the product with a parent or guardian.
• One account is for one person. You may use it on as many of your own devices as you like.
• Tell us promptly at cs.alitecompany@gmail.com if you think someone else has gained access to your account.

3. Your content

Your goals, habits, logs and reflections are yours. You keep every right you have in them. You grant us only the narrow permission needed to run the service — to store your content, and to send it back to you on the devices you sign in from.

We do not sell your content, use it to train models, publish it, or share it with advertisers. See the Privacy Policy for the full picture.

4. Acceptable use

When using Alite Growth, please do not:

• try to access another person’s account or data, or probe the service’s security without our written permission;
• use the service to store unlawful material, or anything that infringes someone else’s rights;
• place unreasonable load on the service, whether by automation or otherwise, or attempt to disrupt it for others;
• resell or rebrand the service as your own.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these rules. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will tell you first and give you a chance to put it right.

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change or remove features. If a change would remove something you rely on, we will give reasonable notice and make sure you can export your record first.

6. Price

Alite Growth is currently free to use. If we introduce paid plans we will tell you in advance, and we will not put the record you have already built behind a paywall.

7. Ending the agreement

You may stop using the service at any time. Settings lets you erase your record, and emailing us closes the account entirely. We may end this agreement if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms, or if we discontinue the service — in which case we will give you reasonable notice and time to export.

8. Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the fullest extent the law allows, we exclude implied warranties, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or loss of data beyond what a reasonable export routine on your side would have prevented.

Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. If you are a consumer, you keep all the statutory rights your local law gives you.

9. Not medical or professional advice

Alite Growth is a tool for organising your own intentions. It does not provide medical, psychological, financial or legal advice, and it is not a substitute for care from a qualified professional.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we make a material change we will update the date at the top of this page and, where the change affects your rights, let you know by email. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
